Yes. Each student profile supports both in-person and virtual lesson types. You can save your video call link directly to the student's profile for quick one-tap access before each lesson.
How does income tracking work?
When you mark a lesson with an attendance status, Tutor Frog can automatically log an income entry based on the student's rate. Attendance statuses are fully customizable, and any status can be billed — not just completed lessons — so you can charge for a no-show or late cancellation if that's your policy.
Can I customize what counts as a lesson outcome?
Yes. Add, remove, or recolor attendance statuses in Settings — Present, No-Show, Student Cancelled, Teacher Cancelled, and Makeup come by default, but you can make them your own.
